I didn’t know if it was worth the hype, but this 5mm Yoga Mat from Lululemon is worth it. No more feeling the floor through the mat.

Ankle Weights

Winners honestly has the best bang for your buck options, but if you are looking to shop online here are some great ones from Gaiam available in 1lb or 2lb.

Arm Weights

If you haven’t guessed it by now…we have another Gaiam set of weights. Available in 2lb or 3lb for a great price.

Pilates Ball

Great as a modification or an extra level of burn in a core series. I like this one from Gaiam as an affordable option.
