Frequently Asked Questions
What style of Pilates do you teach?
I teach mat-based Pilates with two main class styles:
Pilates Flow: a slower, breath-led practice for all levels
Pilates Beats: a fun, upbeat class set to music that’ll get your body moving and your heart rate up
Both are designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and steady—whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover.
Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Not at all! Steady Flow Co. is built for all levels. Pilates Flow is especially beginner-friendly, while Pilates Beats is a little more dynamic (best if you’ve done Pilates or another form of movement before). I’ll always offer variations so you can move at your own pace.
Where do you teach?
Currently, I teach:
1 on 1 sessions from my home in the Glebe
Seasonal pop-ups at Tremblant
Online sessions through the Hub
Private group events (eg bachelorettes, wedding morning, etc)
How long are the classes?
All sessions are 45 minutes of intentional movement + 15 minutes of cool down/stretch to help you wind down and integrate what you’ve built.
How do I book a class or private session?
Head to the Contact page to see current offerings, or reach out if you’re interested in a private session, pop-up, or collaboration.
Do you offer private sessions or small group classes?
Yes! I love working 1:1 or with small groups—whether at home, at the cottage, or virtually. Private sessions are personalized to your goals and your pace. Reach out through the Contact page to learn more.
What’s the vibe of your classes?
Intentional, approachable, and a little playful. I’m here to help you build strength and feel connected to your body—whether we’re flowing to cozy Sunday morning playlists or something with a little more beat.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to open your spot to someone else. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the type of session. (Private session clients: I’ll confirm details when we book.)
