Meet Your Instructor

Mel is a lover of all things Pilates. After signing up for an online membership at a boutique Toronto studio in 2020, she has been hooked ever since.

Mel centers her practice on making movement accessible to all skills and levels (while still breaking a sweat). She teaches private and groups in the Ottawa and Mont-Tremblant regions and can’t wait to meet you wherever you are on the mat!
